For aviation personnel
Flight personnel will be serviced by the Tallinn office at Valge Street 4/1. Applications can comfortably be submitted through the Flight Safety Supervision Information System (LOIS)or by sending an e-mail to [email protected]. Procedures relating to drones and other unmanned aircraft can be performed in the newer version of the Information System.
The employees of the flight operation unit, flight engineering unit and the flight safety and supervision administration serve customers from Monday to Friday, 9:00-12:00 and 13:00-16:00. For service outside of working hours, a prior agreement must be made with the employees.
For seafarers
Mariners are serviced in the Tallinn Service Bureau at Heli Street 6. Applications can be submitted through the Maritime Information System or by sending a digitally signed e-mail to [email protected].
