Wear a mask when taking exams at the Estonian Transport Administration and while visiting the service bureau

31.12.2020 | 07:30

Pursuant to the decree of the Government of the Republic you must wear a mask to reduce the risk of infection when taking exams and visiting service bureaus of the Estonian Transport Administration.

We ask clients to bring their own masks and to put them on before entering either the car being used for the driving exam or the service hall. If a client does not have a mask with them, they will be provided with one. In addition, before entering either the car or the service hall, clients must disinfect their hands using the disinfectant located to the right of the main door at every service bureau.

If any client refuses to wear a mask without a good reason (e.g. due to health issues) or to use the disinfectant, they may be denied access to the car or the service bureau. The exam time they have booked will be cancelled and the state fee will not be refunded.

In case of even the slightest suspicion, i.e. if you feel unwell, have been in a risk area or suspect you have been in contact with an infected person, be sure to postpone your planned visit.

Where possible, we advise clients to use our e-service to do whatever they need to and to order documents to be sent to them by post and registration marks to parcel terminals.
